Affect Phobia Therapy
The Achievement of
Therapeutic Objectives Scale (ATOS) started as a research instrument based on the therapeutic objectives of Defense Restructuring, Affect Restructuring and Self/Other Restructuring (see Introduction and Table of Contents). It can be useful to working therapists, however, as a way of focusing on how well their therapy is moving toward these objectives.
